Bar Services and Packages
about our services All of our packages include set up and clean up of the bar, disposable cups, ice, cocktail napkins, garnishes and 4 hour minimum, including set up time. Rental glassware, tables & linens for bar also available upon request at an additional price.
we i.d. We are required by law to id anyone who appears to be age 30 or younger. We will not serve alcohol to anyone who fails to provide proper identification.
bartenders Bartenders are scheduled at a ratio of one bartender per 100 guests. Bartenders are included with all package purchases of $500 or more. If bar package is less than $500, there will be an additional fee of $30 per hour for a minimum of 5 hours, including set up and clean up. Additional bartenders can be added to any package for $30 per hour.
guest count and payment Final guest count and payment are due 10 days prior to the event. Payments can be made via cash, check or credit card. All of our quoted prices are based on cash or check payment. There will be a 3.5% fee added for credit card payments.
liquor drink tax As required by law, we must add a 10% liquor tax to all bar sales.
remaining alcohol All remaining alcohol, beverages (opened and unopened), and all other items will remain the property of Thyme to Cater. By law, guests cannot remove open containers from the event site.

$100 set up fee for beer & wine cash bar, $200 for full bar. Bartenders are billed separately at $30 per hour. Drink prices: cocktails $6, domestic beer $4, craft beer $5, wine $5, soft drinks & water $1 (prices include applicable sales tax). Price per bottle opened can also be negotiated in lieu of traditional cash bar.
